Orders are shipped using Fed Ex, UPS, and the post office.  Please allow 3-9 days for standard mail and 2-3 days for express mail.  All customers will be sent an email with tracking the day the order ships.  However, we have found that a small percentage of our customer’s email servers block these emails.  So if you don’t receive the tracking number please email us and we will send it to you.

We do not accept returns on used items.  We do accept all returns on unused products within in the first 30 days.  We will charge a 15% restocking fee, and will subtract what it cost us to ship the product.  Please email us at aliveandaware@aliveandaware.com for a return authorization number before shipping the product back.  Please do not call in for returns as we need to have a written email.


If you receive your product and it is defective please contact the manufacturer.  All home and kitchen  items purchased from us are new and under warranty, and the manufacturer will be able to replace the item free of charge.

If you receive your item and it is damaged or missing parts please contact us and we will replace the item free of charge.  We will just need a picture of the damaged item to file a claim with with the carrier.
