| | | | Policies | | Orders are shipped wither Fed Ex or UPS. Please allow 3-9 days for standard mail and 2-3 days for express mail. Please contact us if you require the tracking number.
We accept all returns on unused products within in the first 30 days. We will charge a 15% restocking fee, and will subtract what it cost us to ship the product. Please email us at aliveandaware@aliveandaware.co for a return authorization number before shipping the product back. Please do not call them in as we need to have a written email.
If you receive your product and it is defective please contact the manufacturer. All items purchased from us our new and under warranty, and the manufacturer will be able to replace free of charge.
If you receive your item and it is damaged or missing parts please contact us and we will replace the item free of charge. We will just need a picture of the damaged item to file a claim with UPS.
